The USS Zheng He (NCC-86505) was an Inquiry-class Federation starship in service the late 24th century. At the time, she was considered to be the "toughest, fastest, most powerful ship Starfleet ever put into service."
In 2399, the Zheng He was put under the temporary command of Captain William T. Riker and led a fleet of starships to defend Coppelius from the Zhat Vash. (PIC: "Et in Arcadia Ego, Part 2")
Roughly 18 months later, in 2401, the Zheng He was part of an armada sent to investigate a spatial anomaly. Shortly thereafter, the Zheng He participated in the Frontier Day exercises at Earth. (PIC: "The Star Gazer", "Farewell", "Vóx")
