TL-9139 was a star and its associated system in the Tellar sector of the Alpha Quadrant. It was the site of Yard 39, a Starfleet shipyard. The system was quarantined after an accident in 2259, and was not safe again until the 2410s. (Star Trek Online: "The Mystery of Yard 39")
