Commander T'Lena, circa 2380
T'Lena was a Vulcan female who served with Starfleet Intelligence during the latter half of the 24th century. By the 2370s, she held the rank of Commander. Prior to her service with Starfleet, she had been an agent of the V'Shar, and maintained many contacts in that and other intelligence organizations. During the 2380s, she was often partnered with Captain Kendrick O'Neill. (Star Trek: Pendragon)
