Enterprise and SB133

The USS Enterprise approaches Starbase 133

Starbase 133 was a Federation starbase in operation during the 24th century. It was located in the Aldebaran system, with the base's main facility, an Ournal II-class space station, orbiting Aldebaran Prime. It was a frequent port of call, and a major hub for crew rotation. (TNG: "The Survivors", "Remember Me"; Kal-Dixas Spaceport; Star Trek: Pendragon; TOS: "Where No Man Has Gone Before")

Construction on the starbase began in the mid-2330s, as part of Starfleet's expansion of facilities to accommodate the larger starships coming into production, and as staging areas for both defense of the core worlds and new waves of exploration. The station was completed in 2346, and the system's existing facilities became annexes of the starbase. Starbase 134, a few sectors away, came online at roughly the same time. (Star Trek: Pendragon)

Dr. Dalen Quaice served as chief medical officer of Starbase 133 from 2361 until his retirement in 2367. Following her graduation from the Starfleet Medical Nursing Program in 2365, Ensign Alyssa Ogawa was assigned to Dr. Quaice's staff, before her subsequent posting to the USS Enterprise-D. (TNG: "Remember Me"; Star Trek: Starship Creator)

In early 2375, the USS Enterprise-E underwent repairs at Starbase 133, after sustaining extensive damage in combat against Cardassian forces in the Beta Rigel system. Shortly afterwards, the starbase was used as a staging area for Starfleet's operation to retake Betazed from the Dominion. (TNG novel: The Battle of Betazed)

The station was approximately 53 light years from the Delta Eridani, 64 light years from Beta Rigel, 65 light years from Sol, and 805 light years from Beta Orionis.
