Stannis was an Orion male who served in Starfleet during the late 24th century. He spoke with a Corvallen accent.
In 2381, Stannis held the rank of ensign and was assigned to the USS Robinson. He remained aboard the Robinson at least until 2385; by that time he had been promoted to lieutenant. (DS9 novel: Rough Beasts of Empire, Original Sin)
