Sonissar ch'Theloh was an Andorian chan who served in Starfleet during the 23rd century.
Prior to May, 2255, ch'Theloh held the rank of commander and was first officer aboard the USS Shenzhou; he was then promoted to captain and assigned as commanding officer of the Oberth-class science vessel USS Tereshkova. He was succeeded as Shenzhou's executive officer by Michael Burnham. (DSC novel: Desperate Hours)
