The Sagittarius Reach was a region of space in the Alpha Quadrant, extending coreward of the United Federation of Planets. The Sagittarian Stellar Group and the Occult system were located in or near the Reach. The region was first charted, partially, by the Federation in the mid-to-late 23rd century. (extrapolation)
