Rihan (properly Rihanh, adj. form: Rihannsu) is the proper name of the traditional Romulan language, developed from Old High Vulcan during the The Long Journey. The word means "the declared," an adaptation of the OHV world Seheik, and is also the name the Romulans took for themselves when they left Vulcan during the Time of Awakening.
