The Khodini were a sapient species native to the Alpha or Beta Quadrants. In the mid-23rd century, they had a reputation as pirates and brigands. A group of them operated in the Marrat Nebula region near the Federation Phalanx; they were often allied with the Orions and Arcturans. (EV comic: The Fires of Pharos)
