Kargan, son of Talak of the House of K'Tal was a Klingon male living in the 24th century. In the 2365, he was a captain in the Klingon Defense Force, and commanding officer of the IKS Pagh. (TNG: "A Matter of Honor")
By 2371, he held the rank of general, and commanded the KDF personnel on Narendra Station. After the outbreak of the Dominion War, he was reassigned to the battle lines; he was killed in 2375.
