Vice Admiral Fujisaki was a high-ranking Starfleet flag officer in the 2370s. In 2372, he ordered the USS Sally Ride back to Starbase 138 following that vessel's encounter with the rogue planetoid Regula. At the time, he was head of Starfleet Intelligence. (Shield of Tomorrow: "Inquest")
