Dorothy "Dot" Baker was a human Starfleet science officer in the late 24th century. Baker held the rank of Lieutenant in 2371 and was assigned to Starbase 364. That year, they were part of the team that made first contact with the Streethians in the Shackleton Expanse, and were subsequently assigned to the USS Sally Ride.
