Colin McClane was a human Starfleet flag officer during the latter portion of the 24th century. In 2381, he was a member of Starfleet Intelligence, working out of Starfleet Command on Earth. At that time, he held the rank of rear admiral (upper half), and was described as "about 3-foot-7, with slightly curly black hair and a full beard." (Clear Skies: "The Stage Is Set")
