Admiral Alice Rand (2386)
Alice Rand was a human Starfleet flag officer during the late 24th century.
She was the granddaughter of Janice Rand, who told her that serving night-watch aboard a starship was the loneliest one would ever feel in the universe.
As of 2383, she held the rank of Admiral, and was in command of Starbase 621. By 2385, she served at Starfleet Headquarters on Earth, and was a liaison to the Federation President. (Star Trek: Hidden Frontier; Star Trek: Operation Beta Shield)
